This tool is also for friends who want to support someone they are concerned may be in an abusive relationship.

Pennsylvania resources: PA Coalition Against Domestic Violence for PA-wide resources.
Philadelphia resources:
o Women Against Abuse offers a 24/7 helpline at (866) 723-3014, a webchat helpline 12-8 pm daily, emergency housing, individual and group support, and systems accompaniment.
o Women in Transition offers services to folks experiencing domestic violence and substance abuse including a counseling hotline M-F, 9 am-5 pm at (215) 751-1111 and individual & group therapy.
o Lutheran Settlement House offers a variety of services to support Philadelphians including bilingual (English/Spanish) domestic violence services including individual and group therapy and systems accompaniment, emergency homeless shelter for mothers and children, and services for services and those facing medical issues.
o Congreso de Latinos Unidos serves the Latinx community offering a wide variety of services including educational support, parenting programs, housing support, and health & wellness programming. They also offer domestic violence counseling services.

o Women Organized Against Rape offers a 24/7 helpline and text line at (215) 985-3333, individual and group therapy, and systems accompaniment.
o The Philadelphia Sexual Assault Response Center offers forensic exams, physical health services, and referrals to survivors of sexual violence. Can be reached during business hours for non-emergency inquiries at (215) 800-1589 or 24/7 for requests of forensic exams at (215) 425-1625.
